Primary schools, especially year groups 5 and 6 will find a
visit to an First Hydro power station and visitor centre a great
way to learn many aspects of science, geography, history, literacy and
numeracy.
All visits are geared for the needs of primary schools and trained guides will escort and facilitate every school group.

The Site Visit Fact Sheets are simple information sheets to accompany visits to First Hydro power stations. The sheets contain a site plan for pupils to colour in, with basic statistical information. There are also one or two glimpses of what pupils will be seeing during their visit.
