First Hydro power station visits offer a fascinating and useful method of introducing pupils to a variety of Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum topics, particularly in areas of Science, Geography and Envrionmental Studies. Cross curricula or numeracy and literary topics can also be stimulated by a trip.
